About Association
Mission
The Association for Communities Participatory Development strengthens communities through the support and development of social cohesion, civic engagement and multi-stakeholder partnerships. We create conditions for sustainable development by providing communities with resources, knowledge and opportunities, in particular through the implementation of projects to build a strong local public sector, social integration and cohesion, participation, humanitarian aid and recovery.
Vision
An active network of active and inclusive communities in Ukraine, where every resident has equal access to opportunities for development and participation in the life of their community, and local organizations and leaders work together to achieve community sustainability and well-being.
History
The Association for Communities Participatory Development was established in 2020 by seven communities that sought to ensure sustainable local governance aimed at social development and inclusive citizen engagement.

Леонід Донос
Виконавчий директор Асоціації учасницького розвитку громад
Леонід є керівником Асоціації учасницького розвитку громад. Його робота зосереджена на управлінні проєктами, розвитку місцевих громад та залученні громадян/-ок до процесів прийняття рішень. Він вірить у силу прозорих, підзвітних та сталих ініціатив, які мають безпосередній вплив на громади. Леонід активно працює над тим, щоб кожен проєкт, яким він керує, приносив соціальні зміни, через сприяння розвитку громадської активності та зміцнення стійкості громад. Його особлива увага приділена належному фінансовому управлінню, плануванню бюджету та забезпеченню ефективного використання ресурсів, що є ключовим для забезпечення довіри та сталості громадських ініціатив.
